Pros
I’ve been treated fairly since my very first day with the company. Heck, even before that, since my first interview. Some disgruntled former employees have gone on review sites like these to tarnish the company’s reputation and claim that those who aren’t in management positions aren’t given their due, but that simply isn’t true. I have never once seen that to be the case and I’m close enough with coworkers from all different departments that I feel confident in the truth of that across all levels of the company. In my experience, everyone at Samba is treated the exact same. There’s no favoritism or discrimination of any kind.
Cons
Samba isn’t perfect and that’s not what I’m trying to say. There’s a few things I would fix if I were in charge (communication, benefits, more events, etc.), but I still think the good outweighs the bad.
