The directors of the firm are visionaries who put their staff first and care about their employees; they know their biggest asset is their team. They have done a great job elevating the next generation of leaders in order to focus on growing the platform. They have made it a point to always stay loyal to the firm’s values. They are very dedicated to Samuel Hall and truly passionate about their mission. They have surrounded themselves with a diverse team, with each employee bringing a different expertise to the table. They are all inspiring and it’s been an honor to be part of their journey.

As any firm that started small and breaking to the next level, there are some growing pains that the directors have been working on. They keep surrounding themselves with advisors and consultants to improve the way the company is run, make things more efficient, and make it a great place to work.
