Lack of transparency It’s all staff aug… not a true consulting firm 401k match doesn’t kick in until after 6 months Profit-sharing is on a vesting schedule... HR tells you different went you’re offered the job Benefits are terrible - high deductibles and premiums 0 onboarding. 0 training opportunities. 0 career development No transparency about the scope of work or project you’re assigned to and its longevity They don’t care about your happiness... just how much money you’re bringing in ALWAYS pushing you to get the client to reach out to them for more services. Every call, every 1:1, they keep asking you to bring in leads. It's just to the point where it's awkward honestly
