Remote work Easy work That’s all I’ve got

Lack of transparency It’s all staff aug… not a true consulting firm 401k match doesn’t kick in until after 6 months Profit-sharing is on a vesting schedule... HR tells you different went you’re offered the job Benefits are terrible - high deductibles and premiums 0 onboarding. 0 training opportunities. 0 career development No transparency about the scope of work or project you’re assigned to and its longevity They don’t care about your happiness... just how much money you’re bringing in ALWAYS pushing you to get the client to reach out to them for more services. Every call, every 1:1, they keep asking you to bring in leads. It's just to the point where it's awkward honestly

May have interesting projects at times, though primarily they provide operational staff augmentation rather than content-related management advisory services

Cons

Lack of ethics on the part of one practice director. Specialize in renting warm bodies and program managers to clients, rather than consulting work on business strategy topics.

Sand Cherry has the best culture. Everyone is driven and works well as a team. Work life balance is very important at Sand Cherry.

Cons

Sand Cherry is still growing so you need to be somewhat flexible and willing to pitch in when needed.
