Very toxic company culture - Anonymous employee Sanmina Employee Review

The profit in electronic manufacturing is very lean, company hires desperate people with below market pay. Very high turn over, good quality people only uses it as a steppingstone. Many people have been with the company for several years and received no raises. It is a company unwritten policy that no annual raise will be given. Your performance review is just a piece of trash that nobody really cares. Very expensive benefit and non existent 401k. Company shows no appreciation to employee contribution and loyalty.
