-Some good people in the individual contributor roles (hourly, Engineers, project management, and other support roles)
Cons
- Lies to customers - Sets deadlines they know they will not/ cannot keep - Adds several hidden charges for customers - Lies to Employees - Promises compensation benefits which they do not keep, as well as other compensation packages which do not come to fruition - Promises time off only to revoke at a later date - Does not give employees pay increase more frequently than 1x per 2 year period - Underpays and overworks hourly personnel - Has quarterly pushes making hourly personnel work 60+ hours for several weeks, so management can get quarterly bonuses - Sexual and Verbal harassment is promptly swept under the rug by HR and Management (several cases while I was there, mostly by the plant manger and a Project Engineer) - Physical harassment is swept under the rug (management physically harasses individuals) - OSHA violations daily - Fire code violations daily - Does not comply with ESD requirements expected for type of facility - No substantial reinvestment into the facility, just enough to keep the machines limping along
