      If you don’t want to “work” is just fine, nothing happens is things don’t get done.

      Cons

      The company is rotten. Management is just about bollocks and politics. Your performance does not matter, only matters how well related you are to the upper management. Nobody takes decisions because nobody wants to take any kind of risk, no matter how stupid de topic might be. They burn money on external consultancy companies just to have someone to blame in case something goes wrong.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
