Pros
good work life balance (Allowed 2 days a week per company policy) Plenty of time off (not carried over) option to work remotely interesting projects if you are in the right group Most people are good to work with
Cons
no longer reimburse for Masters Lots of people leaving left and right recently. Don't believe the reviews here which have no cons. not enough pay raises or pay itself --leading to a huge amount of people leaving their positions in all departments. This eventually hurts the products being worked on. If you don't have a pHD, you can't grow your career into a Scientist level role in the lab with just a Masters degree, be warned. US folks seem to have to work harder than their French counterparts.
