Pros
Innovation, resources, very ambitious and worthwhile pipeline-especially on rare diseases. Promotes and supports career evolution within the organisation
Cons
The german affiliate could be more diverse. For a multinational they speak and use English rarely and poorly. As with all big corporations, there is organizational chaos and it is challenging to find the right person for a question or task. Communication within the department could also be more transparent and frequent. More structure than creativity in my experience.
