Pros
The 401(k) match is the only thing that keeps me here at this point.
Cons
Lack of growth and recognition for work. Managers and above seem to be focused on financials rather than treating their employees well. Measly 1% raises year over year. Very high attrition rates currently, leadership is not back filling positions.
