- Excellent communication from top management - Strong effort to keep employees informed of organizational changes - Beautiful campus and facilities - Strong, focused leadership - Great support for co-op students
Cons
- Difficult to get hired on permanently if working in support functions - Less control over changes and processes as most of these come out of head office in France
