      Great people and driven by the right motivations. Extremely bright hires and many people with significant tenure within the company. Opportunity to move up withn the organization is available for those who want it

      Cons

      Communication lacking from upper management around strategic direction of the company. Culture is extremely finance focused with constant cost-cutting initiatives being implemented. Department/company reorganization has become a way of life.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
