      great benefits vibrant community great team members (most of the time) very receptive to gigs (working other roles at sanofi)

      Cons

      upper management loves giving no work for 1 month and then dumping 5 projects at once. team members under-contributing or doing nothing dont get reprimanded

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
