      Pros

      Sanofi Aventis offers Outstanding benefits, very generous with vacation time, and offer some nice perks. The freedom during your day/day is nice.

      Cons

      Company does not have solid leadership and the communication has been poor. Due to a number of downsizings- there is very little room to grow within the company

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
