      Loved my co-workers. Life was amazing.

      Once they made us return to the office I had to leave as I didn't have a car as my son needed it.Once there was a reorg it turned bad. They just wanted people to leave

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
