Pros
With offices on four continents, there's the potential for overseas transfers (particularly for more senior roles).
They invest in their people with regular training, and for grads, in particular, pay for an accredited logistics course (ideal for non-logistics graduates who wish to stay in the industry at the end of the programme).
For the grad programme, they check in on a regular basis to assess your development and give you feedback.
Typically, you get responsibility, and your own clients, very early on.
Cons
The gossip in the office I worked in can be a bit in-your-face and distasteful. I doubt the same is true for some of the other offices.
In the department I worked in, I had to fight for work early in my time there. People rarely give up their clients easily.
