Pros

Superiors want to and make you feel like you belong. Very supportive. Good pay. Flexible hours. A company that has a lot of room for you to grow in and move up and grow the company itself if you of course put in the due diligence necessary to accomplish this.

Cons

The cons I would say are what you normally expect from the type of employment, just depends on how you look at it. Since I was fully aware of what the job entailed I cant find any cons specific to how this company is ran.

Pros

It's wonderful to be surrounded by like minded people with the common goal of creating a sustainable future. This goal, paired with saving homeowners money on their utility bills, is Sapling's main mission and its evident with all actions they take. Often mistaken as a solar company, Sapling is actually an energy savings company with licensed program specialists and tools to help homeowners make the transition to clean energy with little to no out of pocket cost. Knowing that I'm helping people save money while going green has been incredibly fulfilling. This, in addition to the committed, capable and brilliant management team are definitely the reasons I see myself staying at Sapling for years to come. The president, co-founders and managers always have the homeowners' best interest at heart, while treating employees like family.

Cons

There are homeowners that think our services could be a scam because of how great our programs sound. Trying to get them to understand that it isn't too good to be true, we're just that good and it IS true, can be difficult at times.
