      Pros

      Great company culture with an awesome mission in helping homeowners save money on their utilities. The support and training are top notch; everyone really wants to see you succeed and will do what it takes to make that happen.

      Cons

      There are really no cons to working with Sapling. This is a great job for people who are ready to grind hard and learn a ton from day 1.

      Pros

      Superiors want to and make you feel like you belong. Very supportive. Good pay. Flexible hours. A company that has a lot of room for you to grow in and move up and grow the company itself if you of course put in the due diligence necessary to accomplish this.

      Cons

      The cons I would say are what you normally expect from the type of employment, just depends on how you look at it. Since I was fully aware of what the job entailed I cant find any cons specific to how this company is ran.

      Sapling Energy does a great job of making a hard job enjoyable. You'll quickly become close with the team you work with and get into the flow of the company. Sapling Energy invests a lot into their employees instead of using you for draining grunt work. Great option for advancing your career!
