Since being here for over three years, I’ve seen the company open two international offices — with more growth on the horizon. It’s a brilliant time to be part of Saragossa if you're looking to grow with a company and progress quickly. Growth aside, what really makes this place special is the team. When people ask me, “What’s your favourite part about working at Saragossa?” — it’s always the people. I’ve never worked in such a supportive and uplifting environment. Even after three years, I never hesitate to ask for help or guidance. Being able to earn commission straight out of university was a game-changer. Having that financial freedom to book holidays and splurge a little — especially after being a broke student — was unreal (aha!). We also get treated to quarterly events, winners' lunches, sports days, and two trips abroad every year! I’ve been lucky enough to go to Croatia and skiing in France — and trust me, we go all out. If you're looking for progression, the opportunity to earn well, and a genuinely supportive culture — Saragossa could be the place for you.
