Fake company people here over are not giving you work life balance tell you to work overtime tell not to go home weather you are not well

This company is good for fresh grads to learn about marketing and everyone is friendly and welcoming

Management always stick together and does not take into account the executives' voices. Some of the managers are problematic and execs have voiced out their feelings about the problematic managers many times to HR and GM but no actions have been taken. The company also likes to enforce strict and ridiculous policies that is only applicable to executives, but not to the management which is unfair. Aside from that, you are expected to stayback late if your work is not done, but you will not be paid for overtime work which is ridiculous as execs sometimes are expected to stay until 10pm.
