Work culture is friendly. Health insurance is really good.
Cons
Sasol R&D only promotes people with PhDs . If you do not have a PhD, then your career growth is very limited (although in your interview they will tell you that it is not true). A lot favoritism by managers and internal politics. If you are not used to Louisiana culture, then Lake Charles is not the place for you.
