Pros
Honestly I cannot think of any other than some colleagues who will eventually leave.
Cons
-The main person in charge of the Luxembourg branch is neither task-oriented, nor people-oriented, nor client-focused. Lack of professionalism. Will go behind your back and use people to manipulate your opinion of the company then use it against you but not face to face of course. -High turnover since inception due to bad back office, undeveloped “systems” and poor team management. - Absolutely zero work/life balance. - WFH is presented in the interview but in reality you’re not given the chance to take it because “you don’t care about the company if you do”. - People come to the office sick as they’re too afraid to ask for sick leave. - Italian or non Italian, you will be discriminated if you’re not favored by the management. - Anonymous feedback during all hands meeting? No such thing, everything you might ask shall and will be used against you. - Overtime is not mandatory on paper but if you don’t do it you will end up in the blacklist as untrustworhy and will eventually be released. And it’s not paid of course. - You’re paid to do the job of 1 person but you actually do the job of 3 at the same time and expected to meet unrealistic deadlines. - Upper management will dishonor you in front of your colleagues even when the fault is theirs. - Company structure is pretty bad as everyone is expected to do everything, everywhere, anytime. Think twice before joining this company especially if you’re relocating from abroad as they will get rid of you for variety of reasons which have nothing to do with your performance. Unless you wanna give yourself for this company, you’re nothing to them.
