      Pros

      Saviynt is a cyber rocket ship with an excellent product and a group of leaders making smart decisions. Saviynt has been able to assemble talent from varied market-leading technology companies, so it has a very strong employee pool of people who understand leading organization best practices, and who are engaged, helpful, and willing to help one another.

      Cons

      Many employees of Saviynt are remote and in different time zones, and some people prefer to work with other in a traditional office environment. For me, the remote-friendly culture is perfect and fits my work style, as there are many opportunities to travel, attend Saviynt events, and work with colleagues in person.

It has been incredibly fulfilling to partner with organizations on their security journeys and witness the benefits of our approach. Looking back at Saviynt’s achievements, I am impressed by our progress and excited about our future.

      The security landscape is fast-paced and constantly evolving. Meeting the challenges ahead requires an open mind and a commitment to working through these changes together. If you can't handle a fast-paced environment, you will struggle here.

      Good pay, remote work is nice, some people were amazing

      Cons

      Ultra toxic. more concerned about product development instead of delivering a solid product to the customer. The product is like someone's pet project. Each customer gets a unique over customized solution.
