Pros

Fully remote work for client care team friendly coworkers great PTO and insurance for full timers - chance to work hard in part time to earn a spot on full time team

Cons

The work itself was a glorified call center - managment treats you like a robot, no growth structure or incentive to work your way up. Stressful and high paced work if that is what you are into. Everything you do is rated on how quickly you pick up the phone and how many tasks you touch per hour. The sales and CSM teams seemed to have much more growth and opportunity. Based on what I observed, if you are in client care, good luck moving up in the company. Plus I noticed everyone on the team had to supply their own laptops and monitors (even full timers) so I find that odd and unprofessional.
