The experience at this company is mixed, with a clear divide between supportive hiring managers and a less positive experience within HR/TA leadership. On the positive side, the hiring managers are excellent to work with. They genuinely value the effort and dedication recruiters bring to the table, which makes the day-to-day work feel meaningful and appreciated at that level. Within HR/TA leadership, there has been a clear shift in culture over the past five months. While leadership previously reflected the company’s stated values—newer leadership has not maintained that standard. Interactions can come across as unfriendly and, at times, unprofessional, especially in smaller group settings. Communication style is often harsh, and recognition for hard work is largely absent.
