Cons
lack of decent onboarding, lack of transparent expectations and feedback. Ease of quick dismissal/replacement of people who works remotely in B2B mode, as apparently they're not being preceived as worth of investment and training. Higher management and CTO blaming team for failures, despite rushing and pushing unrealistic deadlines.
