This company has been around for 18 years but still operates with a complete lack of professionalism. There is no proper notice period—people are hired and fired without warning. On top of that, salaries are delayed, incentives are never paid on time (if at all), and the HR team becomes unreachable once an employee exits. They promise that pending dues will be released, but once you leave, you’re left chasing payments with no response. This has happened to many employees, not just one or two. Employees deserve basic respect and security—neither of which are provided here. Think twice before joining.
