No way to progress in the company unless people in other departments are your friends. Your hard work is not appreciated anymore. Don't even try to deal with the maintenance or the aircraft electrical side of this company. They will never give you the opportunity unless you are a friend of someone already in the department.
As most people are saying here the pay. It has gotten better over the years I have been with the company, but they still pay you a poverty wage amount.
