No cons as the overall experience was very good

* Smart and collaborative environment * Gives autonomy to its employees and does not micromanage them! * A data-driven approach towards strategy building! * Works with great brands, within one of the hottest industries. * High level of transparency & communication across the company. * Encourages and promotes employees from within! * Has a great 401K system (US) * Great office locations in Madrid and LA, but provides remote opportunities as well!

* Strategy isn't fully baked just yet, which could be confusing sometimes. However, the transparency and the collaboration pieces make up for it. * The structure around most topics isn't fully baked yet as well, which makes some people wear multiple hats (typical startup). * Benefits could be better (no patenity leave in LA, just maternity).
