since it's early stage, there is sometimes lack of structure

It was a great company to work at, provided you work with a nice team, but isn't that for every company. I realised how important this was when right when I was about to leave, I was put in a different team when my manager got promoted. And those 2 weeks were HELL. That being said, the company in itself cared baout its employees and you get to work with some of the smartest minds.

Sometimes, the work gets too much and tends to take a toll on you. But it's on you to manage your tasks and communicate your bandwidth.
