What stands out most is how involved and down-to-earth leadership is, including the CEO. There are genuine opportunities for growth for those who are aligned with company policy and committed to maintaining standards. It’s not for everyone — but for those who are driven and mature, it’s a great place to grow.

Hourly pay and commission potential is strong but goals are ambitious and require consistent effort and strong selling capability. Also witnessed staff who don’t respect management which creates tension in a small team.
