Pros

Cool, young brand to work for.

Cons

The office environment is a bit toxic. There were days when I would walk in and not have one person say a word to me for the entire day. No training provided whatsoever yet you’re expected to know how to reach KPI’s that are put in place for you to fail. Other employees that have personal relationships with management are cut throat and unapologetically so. Zero growth opportunity- only consider if you enjoy being at a standstill. The CEO is intimidating and unapproachable. I felt myself slipping into a depression at this job. Had high hopes and am skeptical of all future workplaces due to my experiences at this one.

Pros

- unstoppable growth which is fun to be a part of - international team full of really smart people you can learn from - transparent internal communication on company finances - nice perks (free fragrance!)

Cons

- a culture of straight talk, works for me, but may not be for everyone - limited opportunities to see your colleagues in a remote, global environment

Pros

- Remote work - Pay was market rate - Some great employees, but managers are slave owners and quietly know it

Cons

- Deceptive leadership that uses AI and Mysticism to manifest her will on her employees due to Napoleonic egotism. - Executive leadership out of touch, and preys on customer's wallets so they can rubberstamp profit margins and keep it rolling every month. - Makes +12m a month selling vials of perfume and exploits Russia and Ukrainian employees. - Teams are encouraged to poach ideas and strategies for their own based out of fear of being fired.
