This company is very discriminative against black people. I worked here for 4 years and during this time I saw how partial they were towards black people. They were fired mercilessly for things other people weren't. Policies are enforced partially across different people but severely on black employees. Too much favoritism, no career advancement at all, you are stuck doing the same thing over and over. Its a small company which uses employment agency. If you are offered a job here, make sure you read the policy of this company carefully and watch how it is enforced. If you speak up against you become a target for termination. Training is absent, they will dump you on a shift to run a machine with no adequate preparation and when you mess up it is termination.
I liked working there because I had a great team of people, it was near my home and the schedule worked fine. Its a clean company, can be flexible with schedule sometimes.
