Pros
Some very nice coworkers, I guess?
Cons
Where to begin with this train wreck? - No on could accurately describe what we did. Line everyone up and ask them individually and you would get a hundred and seven different answers - the internal team structures (especially sales) made absolutely no sense and made any semblance of meaningful sales collaboration all but impossible - the CRM was a complete joke (What is with edtech companies and their inability to build out a simple CRM???) - you are held to metrics derived from the CRM...which wasn't built out...making it literally impossible to determine them in the first place. Explaining this kindergarten-level point to leadership was like teaching geometry to a bowl of apple sauce. - weirdest con of all: they didn't seem all that interested in, you know, SELLING ANYTHING. All they ever care about is documenting undocumentable nonsense for your next semi-hourly meeting to discuss upcoming meetings. - the product line is too all over the place making any kind of marketing/sales value proposition sets incredibly difficult to articulate.
