Great place - Shipping/Receiving Clerk Schultes Precision Manufacturing Employee Review

I have worked at Schultes for two and a half years now and have to say that after 23 years as a CNC Machinist that this company is by far one of the best I've ever worked for. The place is exceptionally clean for a machine shop especially for its size. The comradery with everyone is great. Good atmosphere. The supervisors are great. I like most is that you can do your work without being bothered therefore able to focus. The owner "Ryan Schultes" is a hands-on owner. You will see him on the shop floor each day which is nice to see because it shows compassion for what he has and is trying to accomplish as an owner. Genuinely nice guy. He is always upgrading his machines and looking towards the future. Schultes all in all makes in depth precision quality parts and is a great place to work in my professional opinion!

Learned a lot about the CMM, programming it, and using the software on it (ZONE3) Learned other gauging techniques and collaborating with different departments
