I was driving over 100 miles every day for this job, and the gas compensation is not nearly enough. In the interview they tell you that you could make 600-700 dollars a week! Which sounds great, but is simply not true, even the top sellers in the office were only making a fraction of that. They also use a claw-back pay system for commission. I had plenty of shifts that were more than 12 hours. They also tell you that the company can't grow fast enough because so many companies want us to sell their products. Also not true. Our parent company, which is called SmartCircle (but they won't tell you this because they don't want you to look it up-go google it) just mass produces most of these products which are unnecessary, poorly made or highly overpriced, like weight loss tea, skin care and heat packs. Then they tell us to lie and say they're very high end, exclusive and small companies and normally this product is hundreds of dollars, but you're lucky and can get it today for 80% off!
