Very low base pay for new hires (legacy employees + Friends and Family get paid more) Very high employee turnover, both people leaving to go make more money elsewhere and people get let go as leadership overhired in the past year and have since had to raise more capital (twice in the past 12 months)

Great work life balance, remote and flexibility with working hours. Great people, everyone is very friendly. Work outings also encouraged and organised well. Good job satisfaction.

Lots of chop and change as they're a start up, things would change regularly and sometimes the team would be left having contradicting answers from management which could be confusing. Our team got made redundant with zero notice also, hence being unpredictable.
