Pros
Great place to land fresh out of college for that basic experience, at least in regards to teamwork.
Cons
Same problems a lot of start ups have. Growing tech debt and a lack of experience in the higher positions regarding industry best practices to handle it. You'll learn a lot of bad habits. Plus the work trickles down, so bad decision at the top means more work for the devs at the bottom.
