Pros
This place used to be great, but multiple factors collided to rot it from the top down. A lot of people here will remember "the good times", but nobody here feels safe and the future is very uncertain for specific offices.
Cons
Around the time they went public, the CEO who stepped in cares only about money and results. He sets unrealistic expectations and makes promises to shareholders that they've failed to hit over and over again. They claim to be a data-driven company, but when forecasts show a realistic number, the CEO brags about saying "Why can't we push for more? Why stop at x%?" This attitude hurts shareholders, it hurts the employee bonus program, and it serves no one but the CEO's ego. They cut employees who are very well regarded without a second thought, and don't listen to those employees when they hire in awful people who are buddies with an executive. You can do great work here and go from being thanked for your work one week, to getting fired for empty reasons the next. The CEO will thank you for raising revenues only to fire you in order to raise profit a little further. If you aren't a "yes" person, look elsewhere. Don't dare disagree or "be honest" with your leader or it can and will be used against you. They claim that culture is a big part of the company, but it's the equivalent of pizza parties to get you to work harder and "to make it feel like family" (which should be a red flag).
