Cons
1) The leaders are arrogant, puritans, and absolute disgrace in the name of leaders. And I mean this for the founder & co-founder
2) They change policies based on whims & fancies without right reasons
3) You get no leaves for 3 months and if in case you fall sick, you have to produce a doctor’s certificate. Like you’re in college. Absolutely pathetic.
4) In case you’re 1 minute late, your salary for half day is deducted
5) They only want to point out your mistakes
