Pros

Casual dress code. Also,an option for those who want to get exposure in Gambling/gaming domain can try there and later move to a better place with a positive work culture.

Cons

Biased management and toxic work culture. Some employees clearly misuse the company and do their personal activities and other stuff at office, but the manager doesn't care, since there are few others who work hard for the company and they will do the job! These lazy guys do all sort of dirty politics, false allegations about others etc to cover up their incompetency and gets all protection from top ! They dont have to do or know their job or follow the company policies,it's all good for them, they know how to butter up manager and play dramas, that's enough to survive there! And, other people who are dedicated to the work, will have to go through all the pain and humiliation. They also end up doing additional job in order to get the work done. If we ever raise our genuine concerns/problems or even make suggestions to improve the team productivity, that's it! There is no support from manager at all! Instead,we are then treated as the ones with attitude issues or lack team skills! Manager never addresses the real problems or take any actions against those employees and is so good at blaming the victims. Working at this place is the only time in my career where I regretted for having all my dedication and sincerity to my job!

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.
