As a large and growing company, we understand that different employees have different experiences here. We do offer extensive support and training to help our developers grow, but as a fully remote environment, we do depend on employees being proactive.
We have a proven track record of high-quality software products, but this does not mean we are perfect – we are constantly striving to improve our software development life cycle, and encourage employees to get involved in this process.
