Transitioning to European management that eventually moved company to Utah.

-You’ll get good at multitasking since they never hire replacements when someone leaves, and you’re expected to pick up the slack -The HR Manager might take you to lunch to ‘build rapport’ aka ask you if you have juicy office gossip to share -You’ll get a gift from the company holiday party - only if you’re Christian and/or celebrate Christmas, since they won’t offer a non-denominational alternative -No one from senior leadership will be breathing down your neck, since the last general manager/vp left in august 2023 with no interim replacement or plan for replacement -You’ll become a ‘quick learner’, as there isn’t any sort of training or onboarding that will set you up for success

-Everything in the US is currently being ran by an HR “Manager” that’s so wildly incompetent, you wouldn’t believe they knew the difference between their a** and a hole in the ground. -You can’t dare to ask for a livable wage or the option to work remote, because the answer is always ‘europe (HQ) said no’ - unless you’re *special* -You will be groomed for promotion and asked to handle the tasks of the promoted position, only for the position to be given to someone who has not performed any of the qualifications of the job -The company does not care about customer retention or satisfaction, only moving the units on hand
