Pros

They offer medical, dental, vision, 401 and some other benefits. The discount is a plus. The staff is friendly.

Cons

The salary is way way way below the standard. That's why people tend to leave often and have to keep hiring and training new people which can make the quality of products go down. Also it's uncomfortable that the Europe office looks down on the US office. It's the same company and should be treated equal.

great city, great people, fabulous work environment, great facilities (including a locker room, bike storage room, and big kitchen/lounge, plenty of leisure time (many employees go mountain biking during lunch in the summertime),

Cons

pay is not great (typical of the outdoor sports industry), one gets the feeling that the higher ups in Europe don't always have the highest opinion of the US office.
