- the TA team with the Head Of TA, Alice, is seriously something other companies should look at and take an example in terms of best practices. Full support, flexibility, taking care about your mental wellbeing, weekly and bi-weekly learning sessions, a well-made career progression plan that you are following up on toroughly during your one on ones. The learning curve is like in no other company, the knowledge that you will be having about all things recruitment, employer branding, DEI is like nowhere else . The team is always having your back and it is consisting of some amazing charachters who are true experts in their respective fields and also ready to hang out and grab drinks after work. The hiring managers you will be working with closely are (mostly) cool and there is no stuck-up office culture. You can even bring your dog to the office :) Salary-wise its also very, very good, the work-life balance is there as well and the values are actually not just something thats written on their homepage, but something they are truly trying to live every day.
