Leadership cares about the mission and is focused on growing in a scalable, sustainable way. Autonomy and creativity are encouraged. Support is always available from peers and leadership is quick to respond to requests. Growth and learning opportunities are encouraged and supported.

Scribbles is still very much a startup in that a lot of processes and structure are still being figured out. I am a builder so I see this as exciting and fun, but if you are more comfortable in a well-established structure with clear answers to problems, this would not be a great fit. We could also improve on increasing the diversity of our team.

I had a great time working here, great management and friendly co-workers while selling a helpful software to schools.
