      Benefits package, location with view of Torrey Pines Golf Course and the ocean, beautiful Hilton Hotel next door for lunch and happy hour, reputation, legacy and fore sight toward planning for the future

      Cons

      stressful work environment with new Electronic Health Record computer Implementation and lack of qualified trainers during recent launch of EPIC Electronic Medical Record system, years of ongoing inadequate staffing that has resulted in increased stress and reduced employee satisfaction, and morale

      Amazing company and they want you to grow

      Cons

      Don’t pay you for education since as training modules they are expected to be done at work which is hard for nurses.

      Pros

      great salary and benefits, with upper management habit of using lower level employees to pick away at technologist position of authority. Lack of trust for honest hard working technologist.

      Cons

      poor work life balance and never ending work shifts. good for short term work and salary
