Great perks - lots of travel and get to stay in the best hotels, amazing brands to represent, depending what team you're on you can have good training and get a ton of responsibility in a short time. It is really good experience if you're just starting out in the industry.

You must have a tough skin to work here. Everything is micro-managed and the attitude is "we've always done it this way", meaning they are not open to new suggestions. Not a place to have a long-term career - the average time people work here for is 1-2 years. Tons of drama. Prepare to work long days and weekends without reward.
