      Great brands Travel often Stay at nice hotels Clothing Allowance

      Cons

      The most negative and toxic environment There is no work life balance There will never be a new "kitchen or gym" as promised The CEO is the rudest, most ignorant and inappropriate person you will ever meet Favouritism if you pertain to a certain religion The turnover rate is outrageous - no one can stand working for someone who is such an emotional and flippant decision maker

      This is a Micro Managing company. With no place to take decision. Even if you are the best person in the world and know your job...you need to do there way, Close to any improvement

      - Received an extremely competitive compensation package - Was given an established account base and got the opportunity to work with major department stores and gained a lot of experience - Got to work closely with the brand manager and owner and they helped me tackle on more and more responsibilities - Very young work force, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment - Traveled within Canada and to the US, stayed in the best hotels

      Cons

      - Little opportunity for flexibility or work from home, especially when on market - Need to know how to deal with stress and how to remain organized otherwise you will have an extremely tough time succeeding
