      Rude managers They fire anyone for anything Mostly teenagers working No possibility of moving out of position The company does not care about animals well being and will ship them off when they get older and no longer as cute You will get in trouble for trying to teach kids how to respectfully treat an animal

      Pros

      Was able to teach the public about animal life on planet Earth. Many employees were wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Very little autonomy. Glorified babysitter, people would leave their underage children in the aquarium while they would shop in the mall. Understaffed for the work that needed to be completed. Upper management a nightmare, always pushing you to over do it with the animal interactions despite the animals wanting to interact.
